Either via email or by phone, we’ll speak with you regarding the type of home you’re
hoping to build, your lot location, amenities, and finishes you’re hoping to include in
the home and preliminary budget.
After the initial assessment, we offer a free one hour consultation at our office to
discuss further details of the project, a timeline, site requirements, financing preapproval, possible floor plan adjustments, and design fee
Once we’ve gathered information from the initial assessment and received the design
fee, we’ll begin finalizing your design using a program called Chief Architect! This
phase will require additional meetings and electronic communication to be sure we’re
including your desired changes and amenities.
When you’ve approved your final design, we will send your blueprint out for quote to
our network of trusted vendors. After the final contract price is completed, we will
have a meeting to review the contract, selection allowances, and projected start date.
After the final contract is signed, we’re ready to begin construction on your new home!
At this point, your home will be set up as a new job in our selections tracking software
called BuilderTrend and we’ll begin communications about finish selections for the
